Would it work on the LS2 ??? | You have to make it yourself. Search "homemade", there's a bunch of info on here about it. About 60 bucks, and it works great.

I think your name is a oxymoron..... you'd be waiting for me w/ all that power. NICE! For some reason I'm skeptical on the Meth... but I'm drooling over that LSX block... that's a friggin awesome setup.
EDIT: If you ever get some free time I'd love to pick your brain on your build sheet, or at least how you picked out those heads

Yes that is at the wheels. The car is VERY fun to drive. After figureing out clutches and internal transmission mods and now rear end mods needed to handle the power, It is a blast to drive.
But i just dont drive it like i should. I took it out to a few Road coarse events last year and lsx shootout car show a year before. Poor car only has 6000 miles on it i think..
In my myspace page it has more pictures of the motors i have put in it, and the final setup. I need to upload some videos of it running. It sounds REALLY pissed off.
I like pissed off caddies. |

I would love to help you out in setting up your build. Basically, the way i do it is, you tell me how much horsepower you want, and i tell you the honest way to get it.
Heads i chose for the 245CC intake port. I tried AFR 225s and it just wasnt enough for what i was trying to hit. The cam was not as happy with the afrs and smaller valves. So my friends at lingenfelter set me up with some of thier Edelbrock ported heads with all the goodies, and i havent been happier. I did have a little issue with the jessel 2k rockers fitting but after a little cutting i was good to go. |

it will work on an LS2 you just have to cut a hole in the 90* bend to hook up that line on the intake http://www.siliconeintakes.com/
i got the 3.5 tube off ebay, dont buy one for more then $10 |

I do plan on spending some hours under the hood with a good detail and modding my FRCs to fit. Need to clean up some of the lines too, replace the LS6 badge on the new strut tower etc |

All you maggy guys need to get a front snout inlet from a GTO for your front, and then use a 90mm throttlebody and then a Front duct assembly from the gto also, and then you just cut a little off it then use a 90mm straight piece of tube to go the rest of the way to the mass air meter. It will Make your engine run ALOT BETTER. But you also need to tear out all the plastic in the front near the headlights and cut a hole in the bottom metal under your filter. When you dyno a car, the hood is always up, so the motor gets alot more airflow that it needs. However, when you shut the hood, you are now only breathing thru about a VERY small hole on the side and front. It isnt enough to support your Hp level. EXPECIALLY at higher rpms. |

I did mine with a Dremel also you have to order the little nipple bolts that the bottom sits on. I am sending all of the info on how to do it to ctsvette on the FAQ hopefully it will be up soon. | | Cadillac Discussion Tools | | |
