    Texas Dyno Day - Update

I spoke with 21st Century Muscle Cars (www.21stcenturymusclecars.com) in Carrollton about putting together a dyno day. They have a dynojet that I am told is accurate (as it can be).

    Here are the details:

    When: Saturday April 4th

Where: Twenty First Century Muscle Cars
    2530 Tarpley Road. #800
    Carrollton, TX 75006

    Maximum: 20 cars

Cost: 3 pulls for approx. $45 including a/f and printouts
(this includes drinks and a free lunch)

The day is reserved only to this group, but not limited only to Vs. Feel free to bring more than one car or a friend.

Admin: please delete the other thread if you can. It was getting to be many changes.

I should be in for the 4th as well. My V is stock for now but it should be interesting to see what the numbers are in comparison to some of the other modded V's that will be there.

Plus it's going to be a good baseline for me, since I will most likely have 21st do my mods in the future as well.

    Thanks for putting this together.

Let's meet in the parking lot at 8:30. Cars should start running about 9:00.

If John will let us make tuning changes I will make sure my tuner comes.

    See y'all there!

I doubt he will care. You're going to need a few minutes between each run and that should be enough time to reflash the PCM.

It really depends on the number of cars that we have, and the extent of what you want to do between runs. We have the dyno from 9am-1pm and have to get everyone through in that time. Based on the responses so far, we should have close, to if not over, 10 cars.

I think anything that takes more than 5 minutes to do is probably too long.

Sweet, looks like we have a date. Count me in, I have a stock 2004 CTS-V, but would like to see what the gear heads have done and how it translates to HP.

My buddy has a 2009 Challenger SRT8 coming in March {assuming they don't close the factory again}. I will see if he wants to come along, assuming that is kosher, please let me know if the list is full. Thanks.

I know John at 21st has done some work and tuning on the SRT8 Challengers, so you friend can ask about that if he comes and is curious about any gains.

PCM flash takes 4-5 minutes to write.

Re: Texas Dyno Day - Update

The confirmed date is April 4th at 21st Century Muscle Cars. I have started a master list to get an order for when each car will run on that Saturday. I did this in order of who responded and tried to do the best I could to get it right. If you are not on this list, please email me at dannycwhite@gmail.com. If you are a maybe, and are coming, please email me as well to confirm.
