Wait4Me tune+Headers=???

I know there has been quite a few people recently to get a W4M tune, myself included. I should be getting my headers from Luke sometime next week. I would like to install them right after I get back from V-Day 2. My only concern is how I go about tuning my after the header install...

Has anyone that has headers used a W4M tune? If so, what brand headers do you have?

I might be a little over-concerned about this because the problems my dad is having with his SRT Charger after his header install. We still haven't been able to get the codes to clear, other than just turning off the rear O2's. Since we're in NY, that doesn't quite cut it with inspection...

If all else fails, there is a local tuner that I could probaly go to, to tune my V, but I'd rather stick with a tune from Jesse. Sorry for the rant, but I'm getting a little nervous and expecting a bit of "Murphy's Law" now that the headers have shipped.

If you already have his tune, it's probably gonna cost you peanuts to get it re-done. I'd stick with him.
Which tuner is by you? Any good? If I get mine tuned. I think I'll gring it to Corvettes of Westchester.

w4m upgrades for free (if you are the original purchaser)..you just pay S&H both ways. You'll be without your car for a few days unless you reinstall the stock comp.

I have the W4M tune Kooks Headers, Volant CAI, Magnaflow. It is awesome. I dont have Dyno #s but I can notice a big diff. I specified all my options when Ordering the W4M.

You don't have any codes from the headers? Does the state you live in use OBD-II for inspection?

the shop is called New Era Performance. They're in Rochester. I know some people who love them, but I've never had them do any work for me. They built an 800hp z06 for someone I know. I'm sure they could tune my nearly stock V for good performance, I'm just worried about passing inspeciton. I'm sure I'm making a bigger deal about it than I need to...

no codes, I have the Off road Connector Pipes. I live in MO so no OBD-II for inspection. The off road pipes kind of look like high flow cats so hopefully when I have to get an inspection in two years the mechanic will think they are Cats and move on.

Call Jesse to verify he can do it, switch out pcm's, mail in, reinstall new tune. If there's any doubt seek a local tuner. And to be dead honest I love my W4M tune but if I'm dropping $1200+ on headers I would go with a live dyno tune somewhere.

Any half decent tune can pass OBD-II. We have that in TX and Im runnng Kooks no cats. My tuner fixed everything for me.
I went to the local oil change place to get my inspection and passed with flying colors. I bet W4M tune for headers will pass you, as long as all your check engine codes are gone.

I would recommend installing the headers, then after several days, read all the codes that are present. Send the list of codes to Jesse when you send your PCM back so he has a list of exactly what you need turned off.
