Getting rid of the wheel hop on the car will probably drop the thing into the high 12s with an experienced and skilled 1/4 mi. driver. I don't know if I will take it back all that often but I may do a few rented events (just a few guys I know) at a local place after I get the BMR kit.

My 13.94 pisses me off so much I am determined to get it where it should be and then give up entirely.

If I had gotten decent starts with no spin/hop I probably would have pulled 13.5-6 with no problems on my FIRST ever time at a drag track.

Lets hear your thoughts on the launching !

This is definately the way to launch. That's a good mph. too. Cal, what was the mph on your 13.90 run. If you're in the 107-109 range, you can get the car to run LOW 13's with the right launch.

Highest I got out of it was 106, I believe I was 104.9 or something at 13.94.

I know the car can do a lot more, it was all driver skill in my case. Once the cats, BMR kit and Corsa comes in I should be pushing high 12s once I learn how to drive it.
