Took me about 23 hours total started yesterday and finished last night. I started it up and the fuel line wasnt cleared of air so it was a MAD tick and i got really scared but it cleared up. One Problem i am having is that my tensioner pully is slipping and i am loosing power and when i go WOT like a quick throttle rap my tensioner will stand straight up and my belt wil lose tension and i end up jumping my belt any ideas? |

1) What size belt do you have?
2) Do you have the belt routed properly?
I'm sure you've done your homework on these, but thought I'd ask just to get things started for ya here.

There is a "modification" from Magnuson to reduce the belt hop (I am still waiting for mine).
If you try to make it jump off you probably can.
The major increase in torque makes it very easy to do.
