    Gas Mileage With a Maggie

I've had my Maggie on for about six weeks and notice the gas mileage is significantly less. I used to get 16-17 around town and 23-24 highway. Now it's 12-13 and 19-20, respectively. I thought it might be that I was winding it out more (love to hear that Maggie whine), but I deliberately kept the rpms down on a long highway trip and still only got about 20 mpg.

    What are others' experience?

    Maggie tune - 20/15
    Stealth tune - 18/12

Not objective comparison - more "spirited" driving w/ Stealth tune

Re: Gas Mileage With a Maggie

Mine seemed dramatically better according to the computer but i burned a tank in a day and a half this weekend... I do find i "could" stay in 6th more often thanks to the extra power which keeps the RPM's down, but i rarely do...

I have never broken mine down per city and highway, but I get around 13-14mpg per tank. I think there is at least a 10-15% variation based on how heavy one's foot is. To be honest, it brings a smile to my face when I fuel up, do the math, and calculate a number closer to 10mpg .

I get about 18.5 stock. But I am in traffic alot that is constantly speeding up and slowing down, not to mention the actual stop and go.

I average 12.5 mpg. Instant MPG shows 20-22 Hwy and 8-10 City.
