Black Exhaust Smoke

Well, i started her up today and noticed a TON of black smoke coming out of the exhaust..this thing has been in the shop twice since I have owned it (three weeks)..has anyone else had engine problems like this in a car that they only use for the road??

What are the particulars?

Check your oil level and breather.

Only sat overnight...checked the oil it was JUST changed last week and was exactly at full level...now its about an 8th of an inch down......brought it to the dealor because the diff is clicking anyway..so im having them check it.
