i dont think so, I read on this forum that the back spacing was wrong, do a search

I think the deal was they wouldn't clear the calipers on the V. Be careful. I haven't seen any V's with STS wheels.

Nope... Backspacing is different...

CTS-CTS-V FAQ Page: Will the STS-V wheels fit on the CTS-V?

I had some pics but they don't seem to be on the FAQ any longer...
