I recently bought a little Ford Focus ZX3 (manual, of course) to heap some of my around-town-driving miles upon, to get better fuel economy, and to allow my V to hibernate this winter, among other things. Well, after driving that thing around for the past couple of weeks, I got in the V today and HOLY CRAP, WHAT A FRIGGIN' DIFFERENCE! Geez, I had plumb forgot just how fantastic our cars are! |

Wifey and I just got a Chrysler T&C Limited minivan and it's completely awesome (I really like it), but its no V... We took the T&C down to Hilton Head a couple of weeks ago (put 12-1400 miles on it) and it was just so much fun to drive the V (and my NSX) once we got back home! |

Although the 6 speed in the Acura is still superior to the V's. |

The V gets used a minimum of once a week or any weekend/vacation trips. Don't need a "mental health" day when I've got the V to look forward to. This car rocks Incidentally, the last car I owned was a Lincoln MKVII that had 145,000 miles with ORIGINAL brake pads when I sold it. Looking forward to the same with this Cadillac. |

However, having three cars does help diversify being behind the wheel. Either way, I can still relate. It's gratifying, satisfying, and fulfilling when the Maggie begins to whine. The V is undoubtedly a head turner. It's also the best handling car I've ever owned. |

Driving an Odyssey as my daily beater gets old, despite it fulfilling all my cargo needs.
I bought the V to be my daily driver so I could have some fun driving again (outside of track days in the WRX).
However, thanks to Mod Hell, my V has not yet fulfilled the daily beater role I had in mind for it.
Maybe when I'm done modding and polishing it.
I never realized owning other cars is a curse.
Im doomed because the other cars give me an excuse to spare the V of the daily grind and track day duty.
I need to sell them all so I will be forced to drive/enjoy the V on a daily basis. |

I travel a lot for my job so I use rentals all the time. I've had 2 Mustang GT's, one was a dog and the other was pretty good performance wise. Was given a Taurus which helps explain why Ford is in so much trouble with the BS cars they sell. I also rented an assortment of SUV's. The best rental I had, believe it or not, has been the Sonata. This thing was fun to drive.
I found that after every trip, I appreciated how good this V really is. |

Try driving a 1985 Toyota 4X4 with about 90hp for a day, and then get back into your V. I have been doing this during the week. Funny thing is, I am still not used to the clutch travel on my V yet, even after 2 weeks. And driving my Toyota doesn't help much. My Toyota clutch engages all the way at the top of the pedal, and my V engages just off the floor. So after driving one or the other, I have to re-learn where the engagement point is on each car. |

Know what you mean also. My D/D is a 2003 4X4 Ranger in perfect condition. But I always forget how hard the "V" pulls after not driving it for a week or two. |

Barely enough power to get out of its' own way.
Forget power steering, power brakes, A/C, and your a goner in a side impact.
If you play a lot of foosball, then you can shift it.
Major cult of owners though.
Thousands(!) show up at their meets.
