optional tire size for stock rim??

was just wondering if anyone has changed there tire size from 245 45 18 to another??? just asking because i find better deals on optional sizes in 18s..anyone know?? let me know..thxs..

255 / 40 / 18

Fit good al the way around and provide slight scrub protection in case you make a mistake parking it.

How about 255-45-18?
An increase in radius of .2" but also wider.
Personally, I would rather have the extra sidewall height, unless you are lowered.
