Any V's in the Phoenix Area

I just picked up an '06 V and wanted to see if anyone in the Phoenix area has built one up yet or if there's a local Cadi group/club. The cars already in the shop, stereo first, wheels ordered and tires on the way...and working on a custom coilover kit but I'd like to be able to bounce some ideas around for the rest (engine mods)...I'm looking for some guidance before the big shows.

don't go with custom coils, get the ground control kit and some sways. I went to the university of arizona last year for a semester, but i'm not there any more. Did you buy your V at the Scottsdale dealership? Last time I was there, they were still trying to push '05's.

I'm in the area...Used to be up by the Boulder's Resort after McDowell Ranch and now down in Chandler. I know Verbs is around here somewhere, Digital Pimp also and maybe a few more lurking? Who and where are you getting your mods?

Welcome and enjoy! - An AZ Caddy Group Should be in the works and I'd support that 100%. Team "V" Desert "V" Club

Re: Any V's in the Phoenix Area

I'm in the Phoenix area, South Mountain to be exact, and I got the car in Tempe...an '06. I've had all my engine work done by Tony at UMS, on previous projects, and usually tackle what I can myself. Tony's a stand up guy, even though his core business is imports, he always takes care of me...he's also got Xact Dyno in his building so that always helps. I'm a stereo guy by trade so my first project is stereo...I know it adds weight but I need tunes. SoundXpression is doing the install right now, they do all RF's demo vehicles and some serious custom work. As far as wheels go I've ordered 20" IForged PS Astra's with FALKEN tires...8.5 on the front and 10 on the rear...I'll hopefully find out on Monday about the coilover kit, I'm supposed to meet up with the manufacturer who's willing to prototype off the car. We'll see. Then it's on to the motor. We should schedule/organize a local group...I need something to do. LOL!

I am in Palm Valley. My V is only lightly modded with a Corsa, LPE CAI and a Stealth V tune.

Desert Ridge here. The Fastest V in the state got built up by AZ Power and Sound. The owner is a good buddy of mine and he's the only person who ever touches my car.
