Just got a call from the new GM rep here in SO.Cal. Since I have had my differential replaced twice for the whine, they figure I am abusing my car and are denying me warranty for my differential. I have no aftermarket parts and have never tracked the car. They believe I am abusing my car, therefore it is going through so many differentials. Now that is GM for you, for all those people that love their cars! I haven't had to put up with this much shit with any of my other cars, but then again, they haven't had these many problems either. I told him I wanted a written letter as to why they are denying it and the cause for cancelling the warranty. In any case, I also have a arbitration in a few weeks and wanted to collect all the evidence I can that these differentials are the biggest piece of crap out there and I'm not the only one having problems with it. Any help is greatly appreciated. I want to have some hard proof this time that my car is not the only one where the diff's are whining. (Mine has now started to make the shuddering noise when turning...and after I told them that...they say, sorry, no more warranty for you on the diff
) I have decided to lemon the car and buy something a bit more reliable. Again, please provide whatever information you can, and thanks in advance.
