Canadian importers (or Americans that want to help)

Does the 05 CTS-v have daytime running lights? As in on all the time, not just when the light outside dims? If not I'll have to get that (its a cheap temp setup) to pass my federal inspection.

Just put a deposit on a car I'll be picking up in a couple weeks

Yes, my 2005 CTS-V has DRLs (daytime running lights).

Can we out-of-province types not apply to get the PST refunded, thereby making it taxfree?
