Wheel delivered from factory will not balance – no sign of damage

PCM recall #05544– dealer unable to reprogram
Rear end hops wildly in rainy or slick roads when accelerating

Transmission failure again – will not shift into Reverse, hard to shift into 1st gear

Took mine into the dealer last week to complain about a fluid leak from the rear end. They checked it out and said the rear diff. seal is leaking and they would order a new one in for me. Is my problem worthy of a complaint,( would it help you guy's out at all), or should I hold off and see if I have any other problems with it?
