Need Advice on which brake pads to buy

My front pads are shot and I need to replace them immediately. Want to buy pads which have as good or better performance than stock ones and which do not produce as much dust as stock ones. I drive agressively around town and highway but don't drive on the track. Just want great street pads that won't harm my rotors. Thanks in advance for any advice on which ones to buy, where to buy them and prices.
I did a search on the topic on this forum and didn't come up with anything. I was quite surprised that this hasn't been discussed at length.

Yep, Hawk HPS. Work fine, last a long time. Won't rust, bust, or collect dust.

Thank you BenJet and Lawfive for your response. I don't know why I wasn't able to find those threads when I did a search, but I appreciate your help. I will order a set of HPS pads. I have never replaced pads myself before but am fairly adept at working on a car. Is this something I could do in my driveway? About how long to do just the front set? Do I need to buy anything other than a brake tool? Are brake tools available at most auto parts stores? Or are the ones for big brakes like those on the V only available special order?
Sick of all my stupid questions yet?
Thanks again for all of your help.

You don't NEED to bleed OR turn the rotors everytime, but some might recommend it.

Do you have that in the FAQ that you don't have to bleed the brakes? Because when I read it, that's what it seemed like it was saying. When I change my pads I will be bleeding the entire system but only because it's time.

I'm assuming that you just need to undo the fluid filler cap while you're pushing the calipers back to clear if you're not bleeding the system.
