Also the malett isnt a short shifter, its a short handle!  |

It is the better of the two, IMHO. |

The foam mod per Wienk is to cut away the foam where the shift lever contacts it going into reverse. Taking it a step further, I put the foam in around the shifter and shifted through all the gears. Wherever there was contact between the foam and the shift lever, I cut it out with .........omg, a......... BOXCUTTER. Yes, I'm a terrorist.  |
