i'm saving the fe4's for last as they are softer then what i want, i already have ground control coilovers and they're sprung for the t2's that are on there(and sadly blown) right now

After all the reports of FG2s not lasting that long, I wouldn't want them if I found a set. What about selling the GCs and going with true coilovers?

The only true coil over I know of on these cars(and please someone correct me if I'm wrong) are the qa1s and James (bigjimsho) mentioned a few concerns when he ran em so I figure that's not the way to go. The problem I see people having with the fg2 are just them not matching springs and shocks/struts, which I know about and with those I would have to setup the pair for being lowered.

Ideally I'd wanna stick with the t2 I just can't find them anywhere.

    This is frustrating :-/

There's nothing on their website as they don't stock them and they're made to order. I have them as do a few others. I have some pictures and info in this thread: http://ls1tech.com/forums/cadillac-c...tml?styleid=26

Saw that. Saw on lg's site they have that combo setup with sways. I already have hotchkis on the car wonder if they'll separate.

Edit. Nvm was looking at a vette post.

... Also just curious if I buy the full coil overs is there any interest here in the gc kit?

And Anze Suspension has done sets some with Penske dampers, and KW makes their V3s for this platform, and KSport and D2 sell their budget coil-overs for this car.

The T2s are loooong gone. FG2s are not as long gone, but they've been discontinued for a while.

    Like he said...
The T2's are gone. Really gone. I looked for them about a year and a half ago. And I usually can get my hands on stuff like that.
FG2's come available from time to time both new and lightly used.
And then would be the KW's
after that you're looking at $$$ with LG's and then Penske's by Anze...

BTW there is a set of brand new FE4's on ls1tech for $450 if you don't want to spend alot

Re: NEED SUSPENSION HELP! cant find shocks

I have LG Motorsport coilovers which use Bilstein shocks and a true coilover. These are non-adjustable so I had them put on a shock dyno and they were revalved much stiffer. These really perform great
and are less expensive than a Penske or other remote reservoir race shock.
