Follow this write-up, but instead of using stock bolt to remove pulley, buy a longer bolt so you dont damage the crank threads.

You need a good pully removal tool. Some people use rented tools from the auto parts store, but for a subset of people, they just don't work. This too will work: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000P6UT2I It is seriously worth it's weight in gold. For the installation, use the Hawk tool. It will make the job a cinch: http://www.coloradospeed.com/hawk-ls...3-p-10976.html

Don't try to use substandard or jerry-rigged tools like I did when I tried it the first time. The above tools will make the job go smoothly and safely.

For a write-up, just do a search. There are plenty of good write-ups. In short, you'll have to remove the radiator to get access, then use a breaker bar with a reinforced pipe extension to get enough leverage to loosen the crank bolt. Then use the OTC tool to remove the old balancer. Get the new balancer on, then use the hawk tool to seat it on all the way. Put your new crank bolt on, then tighten it the **** on there. Different bolts have different instructions about how to install them with regard to threadlocker or grease, etc. It's not a hard job. Just make sure you have all the parts and the tools and a game plan written out before you start.
