Transmission Replaced... Would they have removed the wheels ???

So I can't find the key to my gorilla locks on my wheels. I ALWAYS keep it in the little flip down compartment in front of the shifter.
Is there any reason the dealer would have removed any of the wheels when they replaced the transmission?
Last time I had the wheels off I was installing my stainless brake lines early spring. I generally put all of my tools in their designated places as soon as I'm done with a project. Even if it did make it to the toolbox I would have come across it by now and noticed. :/
I'm going to call them Monday and ask. This is frustrating.

I can't see a reason why they would need the wheels off?

Yes, if they preferred to clear the brake pressure lines they would have had to bleed the brakes afterwards.

Are the lines in the way of the trans or something?
