    happy new v1 owner!

Hey everyone... I bought an 05 V a few months back! Really happy with it. I have been on here searching stuff for a bit, and would like to thank everyone for all the great info I've gotten on this site. The car came with k&n and magna flow cat back. I installed h&r springs, mm spacers, v2 knob, and z06 eend links. I am currently looking into a header cam setup. Also I bought a gen 4 diff(not installed yet). Thinking I am gonna tear into it, and do the diff with cs bushing. Also the cs motor & trans mounts. Excited to get this car sorted out!

It does look great. It's got me tempted to peel the plastidip off my chromes.

I need to get off my ass and put some dark tint on my car too. Looks like a ball of death headed at people. Love it.

Thanks guys. I was actually thinking bout hitting the wheels with a coat of that black chrome spray... still undecided. I love the 5% tint all the way around during the day, but at night it can be hard to see when turning onto streets.

I had 5% on my last car... I loved it. I get migraines and light sensitivity is huge for me.

In hindsight, after spraying my wheels with plastidip I wish I hadn't. While they look ok and it was an easy job to do, they always look kinda "dirty" to me, especially against the clean glossy paint. Just my two cents. I'll probably peel them and shine my chrome up retry soon.

I was thinking bout that. I had been searching to see what was better... the specter weeks or the rev shift. Haven't really found a definitive answer on what is better

Yeah... think I'm gonna have to go 35% on front two windows.
