How to replace the rubber cover on ignition

The rubber cover on the key ignition has cracked and the tips have broken off. Can someone tell me how to replace it or will I need to replace more than the rubber cover? Having a hard time finding the part too. Thanks!

Same here, mines shredded! I have it on my to-do list. I remember looking for the part number but couldn't nail it down looking at the gmparts diagram.
