    Need specific advice

Hey, guys. I'm going to turn in 2003 3.2 CTS-V. To do this, I'll buy some broken CTS-V and change it to the engine, gearbox and other parts of the CTS-V. I can not buy ready-V, because in my country is very high import duties on a large number of engines. My question is, what are the common parts of my V and 3.2? Suspension, manual transmission, drive shafts the same? Can I leave the wiring in the cockpit, or need to be replaced? ...

The suspension and chassis are the same (different dampers, springs, and anti-roll bars, but the control arms, crossmembers, mounting locations, etc are all the same).

I would guess the interior wiring is largely the same. The V came with some added features that the V6s didn't have, but I don't know how much of that is needed to run the V's engine.

    Transmission is different - the V uses a Tremec T56 6-speed. Even the V6s that have a 6-speed don't use the Tremec.

No offense to this board, but this seems like the type of very technical information that is more readily available on LS1tech. OP, I suggest you post your question there: http://ls1tech.com/forums/cadillac-cts-v-68/

Seems same people post in both forums.
Either way... this would be a big job, you'd need the entire engine cradle, engine, all harnesses, ECM, driveshaft, diff, axles, etc etc etc from a V. A majority of the suspension is about the same, but about the same =/= the same. You'd have a better chance, financially, of buying a V and importing it, vs the headache that would be a total conversion.
