your best bet for "full integration" is to add a BT module and hack into your onstar which will obviously disable that service.

for calling, easiest way is to get those BT speakers that you clip onto your sun visor but will lack the music integration.

for music you can hook into your XM receiver using the usaspec PA15-vette

USA Spec has the 15 pin connector - has anyone tested it with the Lightning adapter?

    Correction - 30 pin connector.

for bluetooth, use the Galaxy 1000.

From the research I've done, the galaxy 1000 or the costar are the way to go as far as Bluetooth ad both should work well with Bluetooth calling.

The PA 15 Vette is the way to go as far as iPod connectivity however I'm not sure that they have come out with a cable compatible with the iPhone 5 yet.

Please keep me informed as I am thinking about doing these integrations as well but am holding off until I decide on the iPhone 5 or not.

AFAIK to use the old 30-pin cables with the new i5, apple sells an adapter for $30 IIRC.

ya its a rip but thats apple for you

Does the PA15 use analog audio out (or "ipod out")from the iPhone? If so I don't think that adaptor will do anything but let the iPhone 5 charge.

Anyone successfully connect an iPhone 5 or 5S to the PA15-Vette using a lightning adapter. I have the PA15 in a 2005 SRX and it works as designed with a 4S using the 30-pin connector but only charges with a lightning adapter on my new 5S. Really disappointing. Any fixes?

The only thing you can do is put e-mail or phone into USA spec to hurry up and come out with an interface or cable to allow the 5 to work. Works awesome with my 4S and ipod touch.

I have used my iPhone 5 with the APPLE adapter on what I believe was a USA Spec-equipped 2007 CTS-V. This was a used car that I was testing. Before going to drive it, I figured it was USA Spec by the 30 pin in the dealer's photos. The dust shield for the connector looked identical to the one on the USA Spec I have in my Accord.

I did not have the properly named playlists on my phone, and I didn't make any calls. But, I was able to get iTunes to work just like I expected it to.
