Where can I go to get a good estimate on what its worth? Kelly Blue Book prices it high. I also think it depends on the area you live.

www.edmunds.com supposedly bases their used car appraisals on zip code. I find it to be pretty accurate, and $45K is , as Leloz noted, too high for any location and with any and all 2004 options (sunroof). You might be able to walk away with a new 2005 for less than $50K, including the GGT.

I think even in NorCal, where 8 months ago folks were paying sticker +$10K, dealers are selling them for below sticker.

    Re: 2004 Cts-v

Thanks for the help. I went to edmunds.com and here are the results.
2004 with 6,000 miles, trade in value $38,454
    Private Party $40,731
    Dealer Retail $44,526
Kelly Blue Book 44,726 Dealer Retail
I also looked at the other link to the dealer in Ohio, very good prices.
