Question Please help with "leak" from heater/ac fan housing

I get a cold water leak that hits the passenger foot area. It seems that condensation is building up. I'm having a bit os trouble tracking dow the drain line for this. Also, a trip to the car wash yielded som soapy wate leaking out.

    It's a 2005 CTS-V

    Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know about the car wash-related problem, but the accumulation of condensation sounds like a plugged or constricted AC evaporator drain hose. See attached.
