I can chip in as well.
Are we bringing something to share like last year or what is the plan? I mean I might have lost a couple pounds but I still like a good BBQ.

Jason, my wife has to work Friday and Saturday, so I'm hoping my 24-year-old can watch my 8-1/2-year-old so I can make it over there on Friday afternoon for a few hours then again on Saturday morning till about 3 pm. Unfortunately, neither one of them care about watching cars. Must be the milkman's kids.
Too funny!! Hopefully you can wing Friday evening.

I know the intersection. But where do I pull in to the parking lot?

I'm planning on rolling into town about 3pm. But with a 640 mile trip and three teenagers.........
    No need for paypal...

Address is 36800 Woodward Avenue, 48304. Use the Woodward Entrance just south of Big Beaver (16 mile). You will see a big white tent out front. Park in the back and just walk to the front.

The parking lot will probably not be crowded at all. If you come from the Drury Inn, you'll approach Woodward while westbound on Big Beaver Rd ... it's about 3-1/2 miles from the Inn. You'll have to turn right onto Woodward and go through the median in order to go south on Woodward. Then, while going south, you'll have to pass the tent (which is on the opposite side of Woodward at that point) to go through the median (about 1/4 mile) again to go north then turn right on the driveway and under the overhang and into the rear parking lot. Just find a group of Vs and park next to 'em.

If you look at this link to google's maps and zoom in appropriately, it's the third building south of Big Beaver on the east side of Woodward. The driveway is on the south side of the building.

(Sure hope that wasn't too confusing.)

Any idea what time your planning on showing up on Friday at my place? We have a group of guys going in on Steak Filets from Costco if your interested. That will be dinner Friday evening.
Should be at your place by 2pm. Count me in for Steak, and I can't immediately speak for my buds but they eat alot and aren't cheap, so maybe a few extra in the cooler might help.

A crude map with way-too-small text for anyone that needs it.

I'll be bringing spicy sausages (Buns/Mustard/hot peppers 'Kraut etc) to grill on Saturday plus wifes killer potato salad and lots of homemade cookies and brownies.

I'll chip in for the tent as well to help out. We're going to stop by Friday afternoon before we go to the Berkley (American Legion) cruise.

Jason, are you getting paper plates/fork/knives etc at Costco?
    Let me know

This is a better way to go. It's just that it's hard to see the correct driveway off Big Beaver. If you can find it, it's far better than going up then down then back up Woodward to the front driveway.

    Thanks, Nutz!

    Seems easy enough to find.
Count me in for the BBQ plus three teenagers . If you guys are getting everything, let me know what I owe. If not, point me to the nearest supermarket .

Sounds good George! I'll grab the plates/forks/knives and also plenty of Hamburgers & buns from Costco.

It's easier to bring food because Woodward becomes a parking lot by 12 noon. We should have enough for everyone.

    Twitch,

I think Jason (JD03Cobra) was going to get filet mignon steaks at Costco for Friday night dinner/grill out. If you're going to be there Friday afternoon/night with your gang, better let him know so he can grab extras.

I might swing by briefly Friday night.
But I am in for Saturday. What time does everything get going 10? 11?

Also, I think my V1's new owner, Bryan, is in but working on confirmation and seeing if he is bringing the wife and baby girl.
