IMAG0248 - Copy.jpgIt's my son in the picture, he's 20 and he is not in a gang. Already tinted windows, Thank you. I found the car on ebay, won the auction but didn't meet the reserve. Contacted seller in eastern Iowa and flew there and made the deal. He sold it new to a guy in Iowa City who traded it back in for an SUV.

if i were to have a low mileage car it would have to have more than that, who knows what hasn't broken yet that's going to before 20,000 miles.

    Nice Find!

One year ago this month I picked up my '05 with only 1,380 miles on it. Like yours - It was basically brand new! I purchased a 3/36 bumper2bumper GM Major Guard warranty for $1,250 - figured it was cheap insurance.

One year and 10,000 miles later(odometer is 11,xxx now) the only problems I've had were the 3rd brakelight and a leaky radiator(which GM replaced under the expired FACTORY warranty because of the low miles - at no charge to me).

I got my '05 with 54 miles on the odo. 'Course, that was 6-1/2 years ago.

3,877 miles for an '05 is truly amazing being that it's June 2011. Trouble is, it's so few that it makes you feel worse putting any more miles on it.

Indeed but how couild you not drive it? I figure I can drive the crap out of it and in 2 or 3 years it will still be a low mileage car. And I just couldn't see paying 18-20k for a car with 60,000-80,000 miles. For 5k more I got this car and like I said, can drive it without worry about mileage. I want to thank you guys for having this fourm and i'm sure I will be picking your brains in the future.
