    Dipstick

Any one ever pull your dipstick right after a drive to check the oil to discover that it's so hot from the manifolds (headers) that it's smoking?

I noticed this recently and it's quite the ridiculous sight. Might have something to do with sustained speeds of 140 mph...

On the autobahn it was at about 216*, but it had cooled back down to sub-200 by the time I was home.
