A very gracious deed by a forum member has made my week! I had posted some questions and concerns in another thread about finding out that I had 3 FG2's on my car and 1 FE4 that I had discovered while doing the MightyMouse suspension mod. Darkman very quickly answered my question and sent me a PM letting me know that he had a used FG2 that he was willing to part with. I can only imagine how hard it would be to find 1 FG2 for sale (new or used). I offered to pay him for it and he politely declined while also picking up the shipping charges.
You sir, are a class act. I have had nothing but helpful posts from you and have seen on MANY occasions you helping and contributing to this forum. This is why I continue to contribute to this forum as I have had nothing but help in return when I needed it most. Its people like you (and not to say there are not others) that keep this place a valuable resource.
I can't say how grateful I am. If I'm ever down in your parts, I owe you dinner and a drink (if you drink).
Thank you,

"The SR71, this is what an airplane is supposed to be. She's ugly on the ground, leaks like a sieve, but up around Mach 1, the seals all expand, she dries up, leans into the wind and flies like a bat out of hell. I took her right to the limit, 128,000 feet." -Tommy Lee Jones aka Hawk Hawkins in Space Cowboys. Reminds me of a certain car, minus the ugly part.

He hooked me up with a set of low mileage axles too when I was first sending them to Hendrix to get redone. Great guy!

That is AWESOME!! Since we're on this topic, Darkman, I took a look at my engine the other day and noticed that it didn't have a maggie on it.
Where can I find a used on for sale? That being said I was just wondering...........

Here's to you darkman!!!
You are a great example of why this forum is really an extended family, and I am proud to say I have been on here since May of 2005. I have made many friends, had some great V Meets (in the Denver area) and saved a lot of money by buying the right parts the first time, after learning from some of the pitfalls that trailblazers on this forum went through.
A big thumbs up to you and to the Cadillac Forums!!!
