Audio DSP for 2007 CTS-V

Whenever I change a satellite radio station to another, the DSP changes back to normal and EQ changes from custom. How do I keep the DSP and EQ settings consistent when changing stations? Thanks. Charlie

Re: Audio DSP for 2007 CTS-V

There may be a method for prescribing the same equalizer setting for all stations, but I haven't found it lately. (Others will chime in I'm sure).

I set the equalizer for each of the stations for which I have presets by: (1) hitting the preset button to tune in the station; (2) hit Audio button to bring up the eqaulizer screen/menu; (3) set equalizer to the desired setting (I use drivers seat a lot); (4) hit the Band button to return to the main radio display; and (5) hold down the preset button for the target station until it beeps (a couple of seconds). Every time I switch to the target station it will have the preset equalizer setting that I set for it.

Re: Audio DSP for 2007 CTS-V

The radio remembers the EQ setting for each preset. So you have to set for each preset what EQ setting you need. This way when you switch from Jazz
to talk radio, it will change the EQ setting appropriately.
