not 100% sure, I know at great lakes you have to wear a helmet if your car runs 13.99 or lower, and you have to wear long pants there too, same deal at us41?

At 41 they require a helmet for sub 12 second cars and long pants/closed shoes...but I have seen people run in shorts too.

Me, Manciniat, RLJ5 for sure. Jebfrank and Jballer possibly. Were going to try and be down there between 4:00-5:00 central time on Sep 26, but we will definitly be down there, that is just the target time.
