Whistling V

Track day I noticed a little bit from in the car, a whistling sound at the top of the gears maybe 6000rpm. Did'nt really think anything of it until my buddy sent me a video where you can clearly hear it louder from outside the car. I think you can even hear it from quite a distance at 4 sec left in vid.
It was a bit windy that day but seems it was only at the top of 2nd and 3rd gear, maybe 6k, doubt it was wind causing it.
Any ideas, theories, comments? Anyone else encountered this?

p.s I did my longest ever run that day, 56 minutes, and the car never complained once, never gave anything up (aside from a little abuse to the left front tire). Lovin' this car.

I hear it at the beginning, but is that it again at the end? Or is that a bird? Very weird.
