I heard back from James @ D3. Apparently the splitter they have was a custom 1 off piece. I was hoping to utilize their template however, I forgot they have a widebody kit on their V so the dimensions are going to be different. Looks like I have to get my marker out and start tracing...
The rear spoiler seems to be easiest and readily available from APR

I can post pics of the tracing that I did from my front bumper. I just used a marker, taped to a stick that had a spherical bubble level attached to the top. Made sure the stick was vertical as I used it to trace the outer profile of the front bumper on to the floor. Then I used squares and rulers to turn the tracing into a grid type pattern, so that I could make an accurate sketch of the tracing in Solidworks.

    Here's the original trace.

Here's where I broke it up into 1 inch lines that I could dimension and transpose into CAD.

Here's that same line sketch in solidworks, It's overlaid on top of the lip model that I created afterwards. The curvy blue line with all the dots represents the profile of the bumper.

Here's that same line, smoothed into fewer line segments and radii.

And here's an angled view of what I modeled up as the type of lip I'd like to have.

Next thing I want to try and do is photoshop an image of that model on to a picture of my car to see how it would actually look.

Awesome work. Let me see if APR can utilize a solidworks file with the blue line drawing as opposed to the actual tracing...

I can export the drawing I used in pretty much any format. dwg, dxf, whatever they prefer. Again though, the only actual geometry from the car that my drawing and model has is of the front profile of the bumper. No holes or spacing or anything (yet), and the cutout in the rear portion of the splitter was just arbitrarily drawn in. It's not based on anything specific.

If I've read the instructions correctly, they only require a tracing of the bumper, which I'm guessing would be the light blue line in your drawing...So if I can send them a file of just that, I may be good to go

    "Please follow the instructions below:
    1. Find a large sheet of cardboard.
    2. Place the cardboard underneath the front bumper.
    3. Draw the bumper bottom outline onto the cardboard.
    4. Fold up the cardboard and send it to us"

Here's a quick photoshop I did, cutting a rendering of the splitter I drew on to a pic of my car. The profile doesn't line up perfectly but that's only because I can't photoshop for $hit. I'm not planning on having it stick that far out forward and that far downward. Gives a pretty good idea of how it should look though. Provided I can actually make it.

I'm also fairly certain, that whatever I hang off the nose of my V will most likely scrape at the base of my driveway and other moderately sloped intersections/entryways.

Very nice piece of engineering Edmund. Bringing that to a finished product would be fantastic. I have purchased a used Tegris NASCAR splitter off of ebay for $50 which I might try to fit some day, but if yours every looks like a reality I'd certainly be interested. Nice work.
BTW horizontal and vertical dimensions look fine to me

^^^^ im with this guy this would be insane something that we DESPERATELY need as that horrendous rubber air dam thing is incredibly fragile and rips on most of our cars

Possibility of it extending rearward to also replace the stock undertray? I know a lot of people are missing those as well.

    The photoshop looks great.
