I have seen a LS6 with Trick Flow heads, Long tubes, Vengance Vindicator Cam, Ported Polished, Fast 90, plus other stuff top 500hp but it was EXPENSIVE work and it wasnt in a V, it was in a C5 Z06. |

seen tons of exhaust, heads, cam IE "bolt ons" camaros and TAs hit 480-500 HP on stock bottom end LS1.
Its all about finding the right combo and a good tune |

it was built by lingenfelter.

Do it right and spend the money on a serious, high-performance motor. For, say, $15k, you can make a reliable MONSTER (& no, I wouldn't even CONSIDER dropping an LS7 into my If I was going to do it again, that's EXACTLY the route I would go.
Seriously, I'd chuckle at my '09V with the motor Andy at A&A was going to biuld for me, which would slide nice and easy into my '05 with no issues whatsoever.
Oh, and it would pass CA smog as well...
Gas mileage? Okay, let's not go there... |

Custom grind from patrick G 231/235 i forget the lift figures 112lsa cam was about 400 shipped/ i did the install spent another 200-300 on new seals/gaskets/fluids another 300 on tune figure spending 1000-1500 to do a cam install without the price of labor possibly
but its worth it lol i don't go somewhere without everyone snapping necks power comes in strong @ 4500-7k |

Okay, let's not go there... | Not everyone has money falling out of there ass, i spent total maybe 2500-3k and im making 430rwhp when i slap the kit back on making close to 600rwhp and a shit ton of tq i would like to see how many LSAs i run into that give me a hard time my motor is rock solid reliable 70K+ miles. has been bottle fed before the cam too.
PS i get 26MPG at 75mph

--Jerry | TPIS is not better then kooks but i paid 400 shipped used 1 3/4 dented too lol
i have CAI/ ported TB [homemade] / full exhaust not the best.../ ls7 FW CLUTCH Kit that probably freed up some HP and Patriot Valve train and 25% UD pulley. [Stock heads and intake manifold]
231/235 617/620 112 +4 LSA i would say its a medium size cam it keeps good drive ability still and i made more HP then my friends MS4 powered z06 with kook longtubes and ETC from 3k rpm - 6600. 6600+ he made like 6 more hp and i made more TQ the entire time lol. |
