945Liter,
Thank you so much for sharing your data.

I have already emailed my mechanic for a quote for cam and header install using your cam spec's......

Q: how the street drivablity of your V with this cam?

Do you have any video of the car idling? is it smooth or loping?

430 or better rwhp LS6 V getts my attention...

Do you open track the car?

thanks again in advance...

Re: How high can a non boost V go? 450? 475?

Driveability is good obviously the tuner plays a big role, i don't have a good idle video really heres a friends z06 same cam but he has a fairly loud exhaust setup you can hear the chop and as you can see it proves to make #s again.
I drive extremely spirited around turns if that matters for open track lol

Once i can come up with some money again i can possibly fix my slave issue or whatever is stopping me from shifting and ill take a video but im broke after having to replace the diff

Heads are the ticket... i think lingenfelter has a quote somewhere...

A good cam with okay heads will make okay power...
Great heads with an okay cam will make great power...

I have a N/A LS6 making 515 flywheel / 438rwhp. But if I had to do it again i would do a different cam. Torque is what you want on a street car...especially a heavy one. Don't get me wrong my car is a screamer from 3000 up. It would be nice to have it from 1500 though.

Yep thats why i stayed away from anything like an MS3- MS4 works great in a vette but something as heavy as this car you will most likely lose to a smaller cam car with power under the curve.

3.73 to 3.91 isn't a big change but its there i did not do it by choice i blew my DIFF and i installed an SRX rear but i could not get to the casing to close with the CTSV LSD a few changes on it.

If you punched out the block and sleeved it you could use the LS7 heads but thats a lot of work.

Stock we use the same style as the LS1 guys but a better casting (as do the LS2 guys but with heavy valves). Trick flow makes an awesome set of cathedral port heads that fit the stock LS1/6 bore. Meaning they'll bolt right on and you can still use the fast 90/92 or your stock LS6 intake. But why would you do that?
