They're going on the outside of your caliper, not your rotor.
For an idea on caliper heat levels, most caliper seals need to be replaced if they exceed 240 degrees (not to be confused with rotor temps, which can easily climb to double that).
The decals are tested to adhere to
bare aluminum (which is a very slippery metal) with no ill effect up to 230 degrees. Trust me, if your caliper becomes hot enough to melt off the adhesive on these, you will have more things to worry about than your decals.
