Super Chip

Anyone put a super chip on thier V wondering if it would be worth it there is one on Ebay for under $150 seems cheap. Any input would be helpful I have the following mods B&M Shifter Corsa Cat Back Exhaust and a K&N Intake. I was going to make this another if it would be worth a damn???????

My custom HPtuner map was only $350 including the dyno time. I would stay away from the handhelds.

I can definatly make you a computer that you will love.

Better power, better mileage, no skip shift, cooler running, lots of things.. Even make a program with valet mode you can run a switch and have different power, limiters ect...
For the $160 you get to keep the core and you will always have your stock for a spare. Plus i never charge for updates so i can make any changes you want to it forever..

I had that tuner. Best part was that the car ran much cooler. The problem is, that some of our cars don't have the VIN in the PCM. The superchips tuner needs to be mached to a VIN or it wont work. Your much better off getting Jesses tune. I sure wish he did tunes for Maggies

Don't forget to mention along with all that you get the opportunity to buy new tires and gas more often.

Honestly I am so happy with the way my V is setup right now I would've paid you double or triple had I known the outcome. Thanks again, and yes I'll be whoring you all over the forums for your excellent product and service.

Depends. I saw up to 40+ but that's being very optimistic. But even at half that for $160 I'll take it. Every car and every dyno run will be a bit different but you will notice a difference on the butt dyno if you get a good tune.
