Ultra suede is fairly easy to clean. Soap will take some time, but will come out. You will need a lot of water and a wet/dry vaccum. I'd treat and clean the leather portion first, because it will get wet. If you treat it properly it will be more water resistant. Then spray water on the soap spill, work it lightly and vacuum it out. Repeat a gazillion times. OR take to a detail shop.
