To get the finish to match the door handle a special annodizing process was done by ano-brite in California. They were the only people that I could get to make that finish properly without blemishes. Those that got these parts already are quite lucky! They cost far more to make then I sold them for. Pete Raimondi may have some left. I sold him all of my stock to recoup some money..
Good luck... |

I work in a machine shop so I was toying around with modeling up a set but if I could get the dimensions it would make it easier. They have a CNC Sharpe (sp?) and I was toying around with having a V logo "engraved" into the top of the knob. This was just a thought and I am not sure about it. I have access to a couple of high quality platers that have the capability to Anodize, Alodine, Nickel. Is the coating a Clear anodize?
I currently have:
- The door locks (thanks Pete)
- Center console caps (Thanks Rick)
But I owe most of the thanks to you lasstss. If you do not want to give up the drawings or the dimensions I understand. |

Its a form of annodizing called brite dip plating. Like I said only Ano brite does a nice job. I had a guy in ohio do it and it was fair. PM sent. http://www.anobrite.com/finishes.html
I do have one dual guage pod left if anyone is interested. $100.. |
