Re: Water Dripping from Glove box Area

Most likely a plugged up heater core.

Re: Water Dripping from Glove box Area

Was this a white wine glass, a red wine glass or a champagne flute? We need specifics in order to diagnose.

Re: Water Dripping from Glove box Area

It must be condensation from somewhere if it is clean water. Were you running the A/C? One of them Lindsay guys will school us.

A typical white wine glass that had no water spots on it,a very rare Duck in this house.

I think I have a clogged hose somewhere.I'll do the HVAC check list later today.Could be several things including a clogged cabin filter.

Re: Water Dripping from Glove box Area

The fan housing is filled with water,so condensation is the culprit.I wil drive the car without the AC today and see what happens, hopefully one of the Lindsey guys will chime in tonight.

Re: Water Dripping from Glove box Area

Sorry not a lindsay guy. I had this happen on a Trans am. It was a drain line that lets the condensed water out of some part of the unit. My friend blew out a drain line with compressed air and it worked great. It was behind the front wheel under the passenger door. Hope this helps!

Re: Water Dripping from Glove box Area

Hopefully they assessed the areas to make sure no mould is growing under your dash too.
