Finally gettin the TUNE! For those of you who have one...what are some good features you recommend I specifically ask for?? (ex-eliminate skip shift , etc..) I saw a member who had the fan run for two mins after ignition was turned off, sounds good. any others?

Any that had a feature tuned in which they regretted or didnt like?

Thanks guys!

lean cruise (not too lean though!). This won't affect WOT tuning. Save you some gas while cruising

Turn off the "burble and pop"on decel.

Turn off the rear 02 sensors.

Replace the thermostat and turn on the fans at a lower temp and longer.

Ok so you guys are into the cooler thermostats too. I know I had to do it to my C5. it was crazy hot on summer days. So bad the car would start idling rough.

All the tune does to get rid of the burble on deacceleration is add more fuel...I happen to dig the sound, and any extra MPG I can get help. I left mine just the way it is.
Have the fan run a minute after V turns off if it's over 185*
Get the 165 speed limiter removed! <- ha
Some tunes are capable of electronically lightening the flywheel...worth a try if available
And turn the A/C off when WOT is applied

EPP did mine, and they are the Shiznit!!!

Yup. Technically, the stock tune is supposed to do it, but the throttle position value is set a >100% from the factory, meaning you'd have to somehow apply more than 100% throttle to disable the AC.
