Questions About A Coupe Issues - Pic @ Be Included In A Few

Hey Guys!!

So I have a few issues here that I hope some one might be able to address;

1. My radio volume doesnt go up all the way anymore and it takes 20 counter clockwise clicks (I tested it out) before the volume begins going down (I'm imagining its some kind of contact issue???)

2. I have a bad motor mount so I'm not sure if this is associated with this but I just changed my oil and there was a ton of leakage coming from somewhere (I'll post pictures when I get home today)

3. It seems like there is some other kind of rubber line (about as thick as my thumb and about 8 inches long with crimped ends leaking as well) Guessing it might be power steering or brake fluid - I'll post pics when I get home as well.

Any kind of feedback would be much appreciated, thanks

So the radop volume has mysteriously fixed itself (very strange) and here is a link to the pictures- please let me know what you guys think and if you've seen it before!! Thanks in advance
