The velocity channels that are machined into the forged billet rotor hats provide additional cooling properties that wash the inboard and outboard rotor discs providing much cooler braking temperatures under elevated heat and braking conditions. In addition our exclusive 12 bolt mounting flanges provide greater rotor disc integrity and minimizes rotor cupping and deflection that can occur under extreme conditions that utilize a street/strip 10 bolt mounting system. How much do each of the individual rotors weigh (front and back)? What are the weight savings of the titanium nuts over the stainless steel?
Also, what is the cost of replacement rotors (with the exact same specs: cyrogenic treatment, heat tempering, stress relief, mill balance, cadmium plating, and cross drilling/slotting)? Are these coated with thermal paint, as well? Are the rotor cheeks ceramic coated?
With the cadmium plating, will there be any health/toxicity issues when handling the rotors or working near and around them?
And finally, are these fully guaranteed against cracking and warping? For the life of the rotors? |

I would be interested...for about 1/4 of the price. I can't see too many people being able to justify spending $3000 for a set of brake rotors, that's half of a Maggie.
Anyway, very cool product and I hope I am wrong and everybody can afford these, but those prices are astronomical for a twenty-something, single-income person with a mortgage. But, I am not exactly the average demographic for a High Performance Caddy either. Maybe I will start saving my pennies for these though.
