Rotor Discs are genuine directional vane Brembo blank rotor discs that are cryogenically treated, heat tempered, stress relieved, double disc grinded and mill balanced. These are not your generic pillar vaned rotor discs that don't provide the cooling properities associated with a high end directional vaned rotor with excellent metallurgy.

Each rotor disc receives the exclusive World Challenge Series gas slotting pattern that is an SCCA World Challenge Series proven rotor disc slotting pattern that provides incredible pad engagement and release.

If you're a serious track enthusiast or autocrosser; here is the identical ype of custom package that Pratt & Miller is offering on their CTSV-R and C6-R program vehicles.

Front and rear rotor hats are machined in house from solid forged 6061-T6 forged billet stock; hard anodized and mated to the custom Brembo World Challenge Series rotors discs with solid aerospace stainless steel polished hardware as well as our exclusive optional 12 bolt multi-use Titanium jet nut hardware for even added weight savings.

The velocity channels that are machined into the forged billet rotor hats provide additional cooling properties that wash the inboard and outboard rotor discs providing much cooler braking temperatures under elevated heat and braking conditions.

In addition our exclusive 12 bolt mounting flanges provide greater rotor disc integrity and minimizes rotor cupping and deflection that can occur under extreme conditions that utilize a street/strip 10 bolt mounting system.

In addition; you won't find the run of the mill zinc plating on our World Challenge Series 2 piece rotors. All of our rotors discs receive an industrial cadmium plating to all but virtually inhibit any rust formation on the rotor discs and directional vanes.

Couple questions, Pete.

How much do each of the individual rotors weigh (front and back)? What are the weight savings of the titanium nuts over the stainless steel?

Also, what is the cost of replacement rotors (with the exact same specs: cyrogenic treatment, heat tempering, stress relief, mill balance, cadmium plating, and cross drilling/slotting)? Are these coated with thermal paint, as well? Are the rotor cheeks ceramic coated?

With the cadmium plating, will there be any health/toxicity issues when handling the rotors or working near and around them?

And finally, are these fully guaranteed against cracking and warping? For the life of the rotors?

Wow. These rotors look very sweet. I would be interested...for about 1/4 of the price. I can't see too many people being able to justify spending $3000 for a set of brake rotors, that's half of a Maggie.

Anyway, very cool product and I hope I am wrong and everybody can afford these, but those prices are astronomical for a twenty-something, single-income person with a mortgage. But, I am not exactly the average demographic for a High Performance Caddy either. Maybe I will start saving my pennies for these though.
