I've had my V for about five weeks now and have had nothing but good experiences with the cadillac warranty and great customer service from my local cadillac dealer.
I unfortunately made the mistake of buying a car that had a lot of issues and problems - not only did the previous owner not take care of the car, but the dealer I bought the car from was a joke and there are numerous things on the car that they damaged.
My local dealer (and the cadillac warranty) has stood behind the car 110% and I've had easily well over $5000 in parts and repairs the last four weeks. The dealer is helping me work through the car and sort out problems one-by-one to get the car to where it should be - the car is already a different car from the POS one I bought. It amazes me the number of things the Cadillac warranty covers.
My next car will be another newer CTS-V, Cadillac has me convinced.
