Thumbs up Cadillac warranty and customer service

I've had my V for about five weeks now and have had nothing but good experiences with the cadillac warranty and great customer service from my local cadillac dealer.

I unfortunately made the mistake of buying a car that had a lot of issues and problems - not only did the previous owner not take care of the car, but the dealer I bought the car from was a joke and there are numerous things on the car that they damaged.

My local dealer (and the cadillac warranty) has stood behind the car 110% and I've had easily well over $5000 in parts and repairs the last four weeks. The dealer is helping me work through the car and sort out problems one-by-one to get the car to where it should be - the car is already a different car from the POS one I bought. It amazes me the number of things the Cadillac warranty covers.

My next car will be another newer CTS-V, Cadillac has me convinced.

I really really hope that my next Cadillac dealer is as great as yours! Where is your dealer located?

that's interesting that they're standing behind their warranty even after the mods the car obviously has (some of which are pretty hard to hide).

that's the sign of a true dealer... that won't look for any excuse to mess you around.
