can i stop the annoying bongs?

ok i am sure that most of you have seen the top gear segment where they test out the CTS-V (if you havent then do yourself a favor and watch the V wax an audi s4). Anyway, Clarkson mentions the annoying bongs the car has when you open the door, turn on the ignition, etc. Is there a fuse I can pull to stop those without affecting anything else or somewhere in the computer to control the volume?

The headlights are automatic, why would you leave them on?

Yes- Clarkson is an idiot. He complained that the Nav system in the "Zed-oh-six" Corvette had Fast Food as one of the POI's. "How typically American..." he said. What a twit.

If you watch his show closely you will see he leaves the keys in the ignition and the lights on, then steps out of the car leaving the door open and THEN he complains about the alarm.

I've thought about looking for a disable but the benefits outweigh the potential silence.

I HATE that everytime I back out of the garage I get the headlight notice. Im pretty sure I can tell when daylight is turning to dark.

I also hate the "Ice Possible" screen. Yes dear, I know its cold enough for water to freeze. Thanks.

How come there is a trunk open notice but no hood open one? That one seems much more important IMO.

Just a couple of small complaints. The only other real one I have is the Rubbermaid dash, especially the center part but they have fixed that on the 09.
