is additive included in seal recall?

just made the appointment for rear end seal recall on my 06 cts-v and asked if they would put gm additive in since they will loose fluid upon seal installation. local caddilac dealership said no unless it is included in the bulletin. is it included? should i be more forceful or just deal with it as i only have 5900 miles and bought new 05/07 and under warranty for a long time to come? there is a very slight whine but no more than normal or when i bought it with 200 miles on the "v". i told him there was a tsb on the additive but he said they would not do it unless it is in the bulletin to do. what do you guys think? thanks for your input.

It's included in the recall, it's listed in the parts information section of the bulletin...
