Sometimes when the weather is cold my front suspension squeaks on bumps and turns. I also get a vibration in the steering wheel when the car is cold it usually goes away after a short time. I checked, and there seem to be TSB’s covering this issue. They say to replace the lower control arms and some bushings. I just checked my service history, and the lower control arms have already been replaced. Could it be the same problem? Do the Lower control arms need to be replaced again?
