Brembo 8 Piston Front Caliper & 2 Piece Rotor Options

Brembo as you know does not offer an "off the shelf" two piece rotor and caliper package for the CTSV; I however have been building custom two piece front and rear rotor packages for the CTSV for better than two years now.

What I offer in the way of front caliper applications for the CTSV is the Brembo 8 piston monobloc caliper that is found as standard equipment of the Lamborghini Gallardo.

The CTSV Front Caliper Package consists of the following:

Two Brembo 8 piston monobloc forged billet calipers
Two custom machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum radial mounting brackets and all grade 8 installation hardware
    Road Pads with anti-rattle clips
    Brake Fluid

Cost of the above Brembo Caliper package is $3595.00 and are available in Red, Silver, Black and Yellow.

Brembo Custom Two-Piece Front & Rear Rotor Packages:

Front and Rear Brembo heavy duty axially vaned (left & right wheel specific) 12 bolt flanged two piece Brembo rotor discs with proprietary custom machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum rotor mounting hats which have velocity channels machined into the rotor hat to direct air to the outboard face of the rotor disc, Velocity Channels equalize inboard and outboard temperatures, increase the strength of the flange and reduce mass.

Thermal paint is applied to the Brembo rotor disc and serves as a visual gauge. Two paints are applied: Green changes at 430 degrees Centigrade - to show that the disc is absorbing heat. Red changes at 610 degrees - telling engineers that the system requires more cooling, or telling a driver to back off to let the brakes cool.

Included in the standard front and rear Brembo two piece are rotor disc stress relieving, mill balancing and zinc washed. Stainless steel rotor hat mounting hardware. Rotor machining choices that include: smooth finish, gas-slotted or cross drilled.

All rotor discs are supplied by Brembo of North America and offer the finest metallurgy castings in the industry.

CTSV Front Two-Piece Rotor Package: $1495.00
CTSV Rear Two-Piece Rotor Package: $1595.00

    Additional Rotor Options available:

    1. Rotor Face Machining which includes: The Brembo Motorsport World Challenge Slotting Pattern - pictured below
    2. Deep Cycle 96 Hour Cryogenic treatment -320 degree below zero and plus 500 degree farenheit heat tempering of the Brembo rotor discs prior to machining.
    3. Industrial Cadmium Plating versus standard Zinc Washing.
    4. Aerospace Titanium 12 bolt jet-nut Rotor Hat Mounting Hardware versus Stainless Steel.

Rotor disc options named above are priced on request.

All brake packages are custom built and a 6 week lead time is allowed.
