Stealth Greys/LS6s are getting rarer!

Celebrated New Years eve with a couple that purchased a used 05 SG, six or so months ago. Her car. She went out of town, two weeks ago, and left him the 05 CTS V. He shows up at a friends with the V. We discuss the fact that he is going to need tires soon, lots of wear on the F1s. He has 7K to 14K miles and I tell him of premature tire wear problems. On the way home, he totals the V. Cop was very cool, My friend fested up that he had a couple beers, and no issue was made. His wife has mentioned that she wants an 09 before. I made the comment this week to my wife, that it was cool that my two best freind own Vs, and that we needed to carivan to the Missouri wineries.

Re: Stealth Greys/LS6s are getting rarer!

Sorry to hear about your friend's loss. I know how traumatic it can be. I just lost my 1 of 488 05 Grand Prix GXP last month, but it allowed me to purchase my V.
For some reason, I thought they made 15-20,000 of these beauties. Less than 3500 total for MY05. And, you know at least half of those had to be black. I like exclusivity

Numbers are on FAQ or somewhere, but something like 2800 '04's and 3500-3600 '05's or thereabouts. I think <10% are SG's, so around 300-ish? ... er-r, I mean 299-ish?

Ya know... there was a reason Cadillac chose Black for their entries in the Speed GT Series.
I've looked all over the CTS-VRs and couldn't find any SG paint on them.
