Remove this ad
Just reset it, make a note of the mileage, & keep an eye on the oil life %. Take it in for service if you see anything fishy.

1. Oil gets changed.
2. I notice that it is 90 something % at one point. It drops a little over the course of time.
3. I put the car away and don't drive it for at least a couple of weeks, maybe longer. I don't remember.
4. I drive it and get an oil life indicator, check it and it's at 2%.
5. I drive it, park it, and take it out again soon after and it's now at 0%.

I'm getting out of work now and going home to reset it. I'll see what happens.
